Why Choose Optimal Fabrics

We offer better opportunities

At Optimal Fabrics, we are on a mission to bring nonwoven products made in Morocco to the international market. Because of government policy, Morocco has become one of the fastest growing suppliers of nonwoven products in the world. On top of this, Morocco is in free trade agreements with markets in Europe, the United States, and the Arab league. Thanks to its location and its good logistics infrastructure, Morocco can serve these markets within short transit times.

Our goal is to provide a better sourcing opportunity to clients in Europe and the Americas: an alternative to the Asian offer.
Most of our product sourcing is done in partnership with Aday Plastiques. We do, however, have a close working relationship with other local Moroccan manufactures offering a wide range of solutions, from Spunbond to Meltblown and everything in-between.

Partnering with Aday Plastiques

Aday Plastiques is a family-owned business offering plastic packaging products since 1989. With the regulations passed by the Moroccan government in 2016, Aday Plastiques has since then launched a complete production house dedicated to producing Spunbond fabric.

As of today, Aday Plastiques is a national leader of reusable shopping bags made from spunbond fabric.

What is a Nonwoven?

Nonwovens are engineered fabrics made by binding long streams of fibres together. Nonwovens come in many forms, including Spunbond, Meltblown, and Wetlaid to name a few.

As an example, Spunbond nonwoven is made from molten polypropylene separated into countless long fibres, which are then solidified together via heat.
